Gabriele Pezzini, born the 4th december 1963 in Charleroi (B).
His artistic school background, Art school first and then ISIA of Florence, Superior Institut of Industrial Design, bring him often close to the design research.
With the goal to bring the research to the mass production, and interested to the industrialization problems,
he join an international design team of a French company in 1991, for the same company afterwards he becomes Design Manager incharged of product’s strategy and coordinate image until 1997.
Leaved the France, in 1999 he open his studio in Milan and he went back to work in research project, starting at the same time collaboration with new companies in different fields.
His design is develop around the relation between the objet and user bring him to a new language
and new meaning of the products.
In the same time he is visiting Professor for the Ecole des Beaux Arts de Saint-Etienne (F),
Rhode Island School of Design in Providence (USA),and the Politecnico of Milan (I)
